How to host two domains on Exchange?

Hey everyone,

We are running Exchange 2003 Enterprise (3 node cluster, 2 active and 1
passive) w/sp2 on a Windows 2003 domain. Right now we are only hosting one
Exchange domain (mail.myschool.edu) and we would like to host another email
domain on the same Exchange servers (sbdc.com).

Just for completeness:

A few weeks after we get this done, we will have a DELL contractor on site
to upgrad our systems to a Windows 2008 R2 domain and Exchange 2010
Enterprise.

Anyone got any doc(s) on how to add a secound email domail to Exchange 2003?
Both domains will need to access OWA too.
