MS Cluster cannot bring online Exchange SA

Hi to all! I've a cluster with only one node (don't ask me why). All
the resources are already configured, but I cannot bring online
Exchange SA.
I have those errors in event viewer:

Application e.v.:
EventID (1003): Exchange SA (w2k3xchbe2): Failed to bring the resource
online.
EventID (1025): Exchange SA (w2k3xchbe2): The Exchange Virtual Server
needs to be upgraded before coming online. From the Cluster
Administrator program, select 'Upgrade Exchange Virtual Server' from
the resource's context menu to upgrade this Exchange virtual server.

In the cluadmin program, I cannot find 'Upgrade Exchange Virtual
Server'...

System e.v.:
EventID (1069): Cluster resource 'Exchange SA (w2k3xchbe2)' in
Resource Group 'w2k3xchbe2 - Exchange VS1' failed.
EventID (1065): Cluster resource Exchange SA (w2k3xchbe2) failed to
come online.

I already take a look to this KB (http://support.microsoft.com/?
scid=kb;en-us;906154&x=7&y=12), without resolve my problem..

Anyone can help me?
