error 5 (0x00000005): "Access is denied. ". The operation will fail with
error -1032 (0xfffffbf8).

Henrik-we have ex2007 SP1, RU10 CCR (new servers). IBM tivoli TDP 6.0 is not
backing up or seeing the storage groups/databases. Something the hosting
company (doing the backup) is missing? SCC backup has worked fine. thx.
