Hi all,

I used to send certain mails which is for a fixed
group of users. Every time when I want to send, I used to
type all the email addresses. Is there any way to save to
somewhere this format and so that I don't need to type the
email addresses always. I am using outlook 2002.

What I mean is there is an option in Eudora, where we can
save the format of the message and any time when I want to
use just click and send.

Thanks,

Faisal

You can use an Outlook form for this. Create the standard message, with
recipients. Then either use Tools | Forms | Publish to publish it or File |
Save As to save it as an .oft file template, which you can run just by
double-clicking on it.
