I'm using Outlook as my mail client for ccMail (NOT a DB8 database) all is
working fine for sending mail to the internet and other ccMail post
offices.

However when I try to send mail to ccMail users on my local PO the
addresses are invalid. This is because ccMail stores the user's address
relative to the current PO and not with the full address format for Local
users, thus in my Outlook ccMail address directory I have lots of users
with 'Fred Bloggs AT' but no PO name.

Any ideas as to how I can fix this short of editing all the local PO users
in my address book?

Call Lotus and ask them to fix their transport provider, which is also
responsible for address format.

I have the same setup and you and use Outlook from Win95 and NT.4 to access
cc:Mail PO's (also not DB8). When I select the ccMail directory window and
find a local PO user the properties info shows me a full valid ccMail
address of the type

Username at PONAME

Is there maybe something else different in your setup?
