Hi!
I'm using Outlook 97. Can somebody tell me how I could set-up Appointment to
remind me at a certain point of time and to automatically send e-mail to
certain addresses at this same point of time.

Outlook can't but 3rd party products such as Wireless Secretary Pro, and
possibly Exchange templates can. Check www.slipstick.com for a list of
possible apps to fill that void in your messaging life :)
