Nothing has changed since!!
Strange eh?
I can ping the ISP and other web sites and also i can ping my IP from
elsewhere plus I have got a * for my site address in the IMC.
In my Event Viewer though it does say "Can't resolve the host <unknown>
(for *) in order to send etc.."
