Instant Messaging woes

Hi

I have a problem with instant messanger - most clients are OK, and can chat
to each other, but some will not receive messages, although they can send
them. Is there anything I can check?

Are you trying to use the IM server that comes with Exchange, or is this
using the public Internet IM server?

Also, in the future, you may want to limit the number of groups you
cross post to.
