I have one user on my network that loses her exchange account every time I
add it to outlook. I mean when I right click on outlook add MSexchange and
the user its all fine until I restart or close outlook then it disappears.
Does anyone know why this happens..

Kendall,

From your description, it sounds to me like this user does not have
permissions to write to the registry where the Outlook profiles are stored.
Are you enforcing mandatory profiles? If we create a new Outlook profile
entirely, does she have any problems? If we create her a new Windows
profile, does she have any problems?
