My command's Exchange DB crashed due to Norton AntiVirus
scanning the harddrive. In an attempt to repair the
database, I ran Eseutil using the /p option. When the
utility reached 30% of the repair process, it terminated
with a "Jet Error -1101 out of memory error". Is there
someone out there that has experienced this problem, and
if so please provide me with what you did to resolve it.
Thank you.

Hardware background: Server contains 2.8 gig memory, 2.0
gig (approximately) processing speed, and 90 gig hard
drive.

Sincerely,

Liz Lang

-1011 is JET_errOutOfMemory, which might suggest resources being a factor.
If you are certain there is plenty of available disk and RAM, Virtual
Memory, etc. then I would suggest getting Microsoft PSS involved.
KB 187601: Escalating Issues when Eseutil /p Fails

If you have a backup, then I suggest this would be the time to consider a
restore and roll-forward.
