I've searched and searched and cannot find any way to Add the Anoynmous permission back to their
calendar. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Download PFDAVAdmin and then run it and go to the User, Top of Information
Store. Right-click Top of Information Store and choose Propagate Folder
ACE's. Make sure to choose Add/Replace as the option. This will re-add
Default and Anonymous to the Calendar and the other folders.

PFDAVAdmin can be found at

I actually tried this tool (v2.6) but I am unclear as to how to connect to the specific mailbox. It requires a url and I
have no idea what to use there. If I try to connect to All Mailboxes I get an error that it could not expand <a url
for our exchange server>: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I'm at a loss as to what I should do next.

If you do not have full mailbox permissions to that mailbox, you wont
be able to use pfdavadmin to expand their mailbox.

I am connecting as administrator and should have full access.

A search of your favorite search engine should yield you the KB article that
is needed. The below article still applies to Exchange 2003.
