Hi,
I have a server:
Windows SBS 2003 (Exchange 2003)

I need to configure more users to send mail as 1 email address.
Example:
all users send mail as in...@company.com

I know how to set "send as" permissions, but I want to
configure all in automatically.
I don't want that the user must select address to send from.

Is there any way to do this?

Nothing native will do this for you - check out www.ivasoft.biz and look at
RightFrom.

Create a mailbox-enabled user with reply address in...@company.com. Grant
the "more users" the "Send As" right on the user object you created.
Instruct each of the "more users" to insert in...@company.com as the From
address in messages they send. That's the out-of-the-box way to do it in
Exchange. Another way is to also grant all the "more users" full access in
Mailbox Rights, and have each of them log on to that mailbox as their
default profile. They could still add their personal mailbox as a secondary
mailbox, but all outgoing mail would go as in...@company.com unless they put
their personal e-mail address in the From field.
