Recovery Storage Group

I am trying to delete then recreate the recovery storage
group. However, when I try to delete the recovery
storage group I receive the message:
You do not have the rights required to complete the
operation.
ID no: c1030728
Exchange System Manager

I manually deleted the data in the storage group thinking
that would help but it did not.
Does anyone have any clue as to what is wrong.
