When we try to invite one of the employees to a meeting her calender is not
visible. We see a white box with black lines in it.
Inviting her using office XP crash's outlook XP.

We are using Exchange 5.5 SP4.

You mean there's no free/busy info for that user? Is this Exchange 5.5, and
the user is from another Exchange site? It could be that the free/busy
system folder isn't replicated to that other site, or that she is not
publishing free/busy info from her client.

yes there is no free/busy info on her. There is only 1 exchange server in
the environment. How can she prevent publishing her info? Isnt that info
server based?
