Email - Special Characters

I am receiving emails from Sweden (in English), but they have special
characters my outlook cannot recognize. The language they are using is
Slovenian. Is there any type of snap-in on the client so it can recognize
the special characters?

If you're using Outlook2003 and Exchange2003 make sure you have the
language installed in your Languages Control Panel. Both are unicode
enabled.

If using some other build of Outlook and Exchange you may have to change
your ANSI Locale to that language to correctly view the emails.
