auto reply for an employee who's no longer w/ company.

Hi.
I work for a small company. Recently an employee moved
onto another job. I've deleted their user acct and their
mail acct but that leaves me with the problem of having
email bounced back to a sender.
Q: Is there a way I can auto reply to someone who sends an
email to a specific email address.. i.e. if you have a
question for so & so.. phone this person at our company.

Just put them back on the system, hide from the address
book, and set up a rule that does the reply then deletes
the message.
