Hi All-

I am a new exchange admin for a software sales company. I have a question in
regards to email relay. We have two IP addresses that relay out our email
to the internet. Here is my concern...

I have a small business department that loves to send out bulk emails to
customers...I have the sales team who send out automatic confirmations to
users that often fail..

In all I have a lot of email that goies out of my servers that can be
treated as or seen as spam...

Can someone adivse me as to what is the best way to deal with this
situation. Here are my thoughts.

1. Ask the SMB team to send out bul email using a third party smtp servers ,
I have sene products like this in the market.
2. Have the web team verify all th confirmations they send out.

For some reason I dont feel great when i see so many undeliverables and I
feel we may be put in spam block lists very soon. I guess I am looking for
best pratcises for email admins working in a sales led organizations.

I know the quick answer is ask your users to not SPAM , but its not as
simple as that.

any help pointers will be appreciated.

thanks
-MT
