the past few day some user complain they cannot send to hondaph.com and
skmti.com.ph and other domains, except yahoo and gmail... I've checked it
was there in queues

Check your domain at www.dnsreport.com
and that ip at : www.dnsstuff.com to see if its in any RBL databases.
