OWA y Hotmail

Tengo instalado Windows 2000 con SP3 y OWA con SP3, pero no se que pasa
ultimamente, que me tiene loco por lo siguiente

1. Si envio un correo a cualquier dirección de hotmail desde OWA no
funciona, a cualquier otra yahoo, tiscali, dominios propios si
2. Si me envia un correo desde hotmail y le doy responder entonces si llega
3. Si envio un correo con para para una cuenta que no sea hotmail y en CC
pongo una de hotmail, si llega

Vamos la mas raro del mundo, por lo menos para mi. Ya no se que hacer.

Si utilizo Outlook Expres, funciona todo perfectamente.

Do you get an NDR when sending the original message to Hotmail? If not does
it sit in the SMTP Queue? If it is in a queue what is that status of the
queue? Does the original message then leave (assuming no NDR and that it is
in a queue) the queue when the other message that works (either the reply or
the cc) is sent?

Basically the server sends you a mail saying why the mail can't be sent - as
an error code.

If i send a e-mail to a correct address of hotmail, don't send me anything,
but if a put a bad adress say me that can't send de adress
