what brought this about? Ussually users log into the domain - w2k - and
they get authenticated to exchange 2000. Why the login screen now?
What can I bypass this screen?

Anything at all in your event logs?

A change in their profile? This is the expected behavior if the "None"
choice is selected for security.

Change the selection to NTLM.
