Can't send Email outside of my office.

I am using exchange and I can't send email. I can send it internally,
but can't to a internet address. The error message points to x400 but I
haven't a clue!!!! Please help.

Did you add an Internet Mail Service. You will need this installed and
configured before you can send mail externally.

What does the IMS "Address Space" tab contain? It should have
something like this:

Type=SMTP, Address=*, Cost=1, Scope=Organization

You may have Address set to "wileymetal.com", which is incorrect (at
least it would be for what you're trying to do).
