Hi,

One of our employees left form our company. What I want to do is, that when
somebody send email to this person who doesnt work for us anymore, to
Exchange send an return message to sender that the resipients could not be
reached. Is it possible to do?

What version of Exchange ? Does the user still have a mailbox in Exchange ?

You could sign onto their email account using Outlook Web
Access and set an Out of Office reply.

Exchange 2000 and yes user still have mailbox. I would want to do it other
way than using this users account and create out-of-office reply. Is there
some other way?

If you delete the mailbox, senders will get an NDR if they try to send mail
to that address - not customizeable, but will it work?

This guy was one of our lead developers and we dont know if he gets mail
regarding
to work. So I check his mail sometimes.
