Lotus Domino/Notes->Exchange/Outlook Address Book Conversion

Hi there.

I know this has certainly been covered, but in testing our upcoming
migration from Lotus Domino/Notes R5 to Microsoft Exchange/Outlook 2000
we've run into the address book conversion issue. The migration tool
included with Exchange 2000 moves mailboxes, folders, messages,
appointments, but NO address books. This can't work, of course, because
Lotus chose to store address books on local machines rather than the Domino
server (way to go, Lotus). This topic has received plenty of coverage on
the net, but nobody seems to have a good solution. I'd appreciate hearing
from someone who has actually pulled this off whether it be with a 3rd party
tool, script, cajun voodoo, whatever. Thanks in advance for your responses.
