Out of Office feature-Help

We have a email environment that consist of Exchange and Iplanet (sun mail
client). When users on Exchange set the out of office agent they emails
only go to exchange users. I know that this features is turned off by
default on Exchange. However, is there a way to turn this on just for the
company only?

Unfortunately no - at least not that I am aware of. It's either on or off.
Iplanet would be considered an out of office reply to the Internet because
it isn't part of the Exchange organization.
