If you reply to a certain message from a novice user on our network, the
From: field will appear in any message you try to create from that time
forward. On the message in question it fills in the originator's name as
the from person, on all other messages the field is blank and the message
behaves normally, but the field still shows up.

How did this occur? Some type of macro virus/bomb? How do I fix it?

Anybody following this thread: My Outlook client miraculously fixed
itself, but others were still effected. So I replied to the original
trouble item again, and the problem re-appeared. I have no idea what fixed
it the first time, nor what caused it to happen again.
