Inter-org Replication Tool

Has anyone ever had the error 4096 (<- all InterOrg messages are 4096)
"unable to open default db!" I've uninstalled and reinstalled, and I can't
get it to work on my second Org (works fine on my first). If any one has
some good docs and/or screenshots of a successful config, I'd appreciate if
you could send them to me.
