If I go into the time properties and uncheck the box for "automatically
adjust for daylight savings time" box, the the time in Exchange is correct.
Any have any ideas? I need to get this fixed fast.
Exchange message tracking clock or OS clock? Are you sure it started today?
My Exchange 2003 SP2 has exactly the same problem but it started on March 2
at 2:00 am.
Track messages as far back as March 2 between 1:50 am and 3:10 am. Do you
see any problem there? Mine does not show 2:xx am which tells me the clock
jumped 1 hour ahead (it's impossible to see no incoming messages for 1 hour.
There's got to be a ton of junks coming in within 1 hour).

Outbound/Inbound, they are all messed up by 1 hour. It'll be correct next
week though :-)

Actually everything is correct. The only problem is what you see in message
tracking. Open up the LOG files in C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\EXCHSRVR.log
folder. Compare that with what you see in message tracking window. The
timestamp in the LOG is correct (note: it's in GMT) but in message tracking
window, it's off by 1 hour.

If you want to fix it, have a look at:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933902. I leave mine as is.
