We have a system that has only just started using Outlook. In the past we
have used OWA. All the users have roaming profiles and hot desk around the
building; we want the extra functionality only available in outlook.

What is the easiest way to allow for a users roaming profile to also include
their outlook? What I want is to allow a user to logon to the system click
the outlook icon on their desktop and have everything all ready configured.

Thanks

Shane

Hot desk? If you setup Roaming Profiles on desktop with a user logged in
then log off, the profile will be saved on the server. Whatever you create
during this session including Outlook Profile will copied to the server.
This profile will load on every computer that the user logs into.

Outlook settings, offline files etc. are part of user profile. Hence, you
have to do nothing. It will work automagically. Once configured, it will
work on any other desktop.

Boris
