Your mailbox is over the high water mark.
Please delete some messages from your mailbox!

Where does this message come from:

1. Exchange 2003 ?
2. Outlook 2003 ?
3. Our ISP/Mail provider?

Thanks.

That's not how Exchange would say it, so I'm guessing ISP.

It's not your Exchange server - it's your mail host. Are you using a POP
connector? If so, don't...it's much better to host your mail directly on
Exchange. Don't use Internet Mail in Outlook. Keep it simple and everything
will work better.

Yes, we are using POP connector. What are the basics to hosting own
mail? Could you point out any cons to hosting it..for instance is
there any risk to losing mail? And maybe an article to help get
started. Thanks!

There are many cons to using POP connectors, and yes, losing mail is one of
them. See http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_smtp_diatribe.htm

See http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/MF002.html for instructions on how
to get Exchange to receive Internet mail sent via SMTP, the way it's meant
to do.

If you're using SBS, post future questions in
microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs (no need to post your identical original
message there, though).
