Exchange 5.5 and VPOP3 - inbound mail faliure

When recieving e-mail I get the following error (mail recieved in
administrator mailbox) :
The following reciepients did not recieve the attached mail. Reasons are
listed with each recipient:
<postm...@gravquick.dk> <:postm...@gravquick.dk>
MSEXCH:IMS:GRAVQUICK:SERVER02:SERVER02 0(00120341) To many hops.

Is it the settings in Exchange or VPOP3 that causes the problem ?
