Microsoft exchange server is not available would you like to
retry? If I retry it works. Why is OutlookXP taking so long to
contact the exchange server. Some machines work great while others
seem to be having a lot of trouble connecting to the exchange server.
Does anyone have any experience with this problem.

Name resolution or browsing problems on your network is the most likely
cause. More details would help - WINS/DNS info, WINS mode type, what client
OS, protocols in use, etc.
