How to Disable Public Folder Conflict Message Notification?

Hi,
Does anybody know how to disable Public Folder Conflict Messages to be sent?
I have found this one KB about this but it only applies to Exchange 5.x but
I need to know how to to this in Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007.

Any help is much appreciated!
