Hi

I'm trying to install Ex2007 SP1. Everything went great (.NET SP1 + Win2003
SP2) until I got this message:

This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator

Error:
Opening package 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\bin\dw20sharedamd64.msi'
failed.
Contact your system administrator. Error code is 1625.
This installation is forbidden by system policy. Contact your system administrator.

Well.. I 've contact my system administrator.. its ME.. and I don't know
what to do :)

I checked the Domain policy and found nothing in "Software Restricion Policy".

P.S. dw20sharedamd64.msi is signed with a revoked certificate (Thumbprint
564e01066387f26c912010d06bd78d3cf1e845ab).

Anyone?

Thanks Scott,

I've been able to install SP1 eventually, 'dw20sharedamd64.msi' was signed
by a revoked certificate. I exported the
certificate (see info below) and deleted it, after that the setup process
was successful.

I tried to search other servers for the same cert thumbprint... coudn't find
any. I can't recall installing it
which makes me wonder how did it get to the administrator (domain admin)
personal disallowed store.
I suspect it was enrolled by a previous rollup installation, though I can't
tell for sure.
