How do I merge contact proxy info to a new Exch object w/o using the Mig Wizard?

All:

We're currently migrating from Notes to Exchange and we
will be using a 3rd party tool to execute the migrations.
What I need to do is convert the current AD contact info
(ie. Name & proxy addresses ) and apply them to a newly
created Exchange-enabled object. I know the MS migration
wizard does this automatically but I need to accomplish
those tasks separtely. So my question is: Is there a
utility or script out there that could accomplish this ?
