We are running Exchange 2007 with outlook 2003 clients. I had one user that when he set his OOF he sent two messages - one was the correct current message ant the other was one that he had written last April. After deleting his outlook profile I was able to get both messages to send the correct out of office message. He still is sending two replies to everyone that sends him a message while his oof set though. I have one other user that is doing the same thing. I have tried five other people and they are not having the problem - any ideas?

Start Outlook with the /cleanrules switch ( save whatever rules you have beforehand) and see if that works. If not, download mfcmapi and delete the OOF rules using that util.
