451 4.4.1 timeout writing message to (our mail server).: Connection reset by
(our mail server).
They of course feel it is a problem with our mail server, but we are not
having any other issues that we are aware of.
We are running Exchange 2007 SP2 on a single server, very simply
configuration.
Any suggestions on troubleshooting this?
Are you running any Filtering Software on your end? Have they
verified their SMTP domain is not blacklisted, has SPF Record, etc.?
