Someone outside our domain is trying to send email but it is being rejected.
When they send their email to another email address they have a forward to
the exchange address which goes through but when they try to send directly
to the exchange address it does not go through. I'm trying to figure out if
this is a problem on their end or ours.

Could I set something up to allow email to be received from their domain
.abc? It seems to be happening with a few people from the same company.

Hello Mark,

What does the NDR say?

****** Message from InterScan Messaging Security Suite ******

The following mail could not be delivered.
Reason: Unable to deliver message to (_____the name of the user in our
domain)>.

We use groupshield and the spam filter that comes with exchange 2007. This
doesn't look like an ndr that exchange would sent out.

Hello Mark,

It's not - it's from something called "InterScan Messaging Security Suite"
- the sender will have to resolvew this :)

That's what I thought. Sounds like something on their end is preventing
email to go directly to our domain.

Thanks
