I've notices that if I have "Use Cached Exchange Mode" checked on a users
account, that they have long delays in getting emails and they don't seem to
get an
updated list in the Globel Address Book. Some email takes till the next day
to arrive.

I've learned the default update interval is 24 hours for e-mail.
Where in the system can I change that value???

Any help would be appreciated!

In outlook you can check for email every x minutes when connected. I
think that'll do it for your client wanting their email. As for the
cached mode refresh intervals, I think it's somewhere in the
registry. I know you can update your free/busy every x minutes
through the calendar options as well... I hate cached mode...more
trouble than it seems to be worth...

You can't change the time period that Outlook will automatically

Its anywhere from 24 hours up to 48.

Manually downloading an OAB or restarting Outlook will speed that up.

You can change how often the OAB is rebuilt on the server in ESM.

If email delviery is slow, then that suggests the ost or Outlook
profile may be corrupt.

Is email delivery still slow if Outlook is in online mode?
