EX2007 with messages in queue to only 1 domain

I am running an Exchange 2007 server and when I go to the Queue
Viewer, I have messages that I am trying to send out in "Retry" status
and the last error generated is "421 4.4.0 Remote server response was
not RFC conformant". Did the usual Google search but can't seem to
find much about this error and how to resolve it. I am not sure the
issue is on my end or is something I can fix, but rather an issue with
the recipient's mail server.
Also, I am only having this issue sending to 1 domain. I am able to
send mail out to everyone else.

Suggest checking both yours and recipient domain for any domain issues
at www.dnsstuff.com. This will at least tell you if its DNS related.
