I had configured web access on my Exchange server and it's working.

But there are 2 problems:

1.When I try to compose new email, I cannot see the address list.
2.There is no contact on the folder list.

Thanks in advance.

The GAL is not visible within OWA. You enter the names and then OWA will
check them.

I'm not sure what you mean by #2 - are you looking for a contacts Public
Folder that you're unable to see?

Thanks for your quick reply!

If GAL is not visible within OWA, I should be able to select "check names"
when I enter the names. But I cannot see any "check names" button or
function when I try to compose new email.

Within OWA, I can only get the items of Inbox and Calendar, but I cannot see
the other Outlook items like "Contacts", "Tasks" or "Journals".

What version of Exchange server/Outlook Web Access do you use?
If v5.0 you are lost because those features are only available as service
packs for v5.5.
v5.5 SP1: added contacts support
v5.5 SP2: added check names support

Anyways, the best bet is to apply v5.5 SP3. The latest service pack with a
lot of fixes. But be aware of that non of them added support for journal and
tasks. They are still unsupported on OWA (even in Exchange 2000 Beta 3).
