help with outlook and exchange

This is my situation. I have 2 users setup in exchange one called chemung
conference rom and the other called steuben conference room. the user are
auctual conference rooms in are building and we use them in outlook to track
useage of the rooms and to let clients know when the rooms are available.

THE PROBLEM:

We want the 2 rooms to autoexcept invitiations when ever they are invited
into a meeting we did check the appropriate boxes in the option setting but
they still dont seem to repsond. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Henry...

To do that you need to set up a script using the event scripting. To do
this there are a number of things that have to happen first.

#1, in exchange admin at the top of the tree under Folders - System
Folders - Events Root, you need to give the mailbox permission to run
scripts.
#2 In Outlook when you log onto the mailbox, you have to go to your tools
menu - Options - Other tab - Advanced - Add-in Manager, and enable Server
Scripting.
#3. On the inbox folder in the folder list, right mouse click and go to
properties. Select Agents
#4. Add an agent for when items are posted to the folder. (this means
everytime a message is received by the mailbox the process will occur)
#5. Put in your script.
