Can't send Contacts as attachment via Internet

They are received as text messages, sometimes blank and sometimes with
header info. Occurs on both Exch 5.5 SP4 and Exch 2K SP3. Works fine if
sending locally, but not over the IMC. Both are pretty current on security
updates, as are the clients, which are Outlook 2K and XP. Help!!

Duh...I forgot about vCards. I guess that's the only way to do it?
