Having a weird problem with inbound email to users that have existed
for years. Here's quick specs:

MS Windows Server 2003 (fully patched)
MS Exchange Server 2003 (fully patched)

Just switched our externally hosted web site to another company. Now,
whenever we get customer fedback from site and the host relays it to us we
get messages similar to below:

Your message

To: Mike Smith
Subject: New Prospect - Ricki ness
Sent: Tue, 6 Nov 2007 14:02:32 -0500

did not reach the following recipient(s):

Mike Smith on Tue, 6 Nov 2007 14:02:35 -0500
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was
sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to
find out the correct address.
pmglex.premier.com

Clicking on the DETAILS.TXT attachment shows:

Reporting-MTA: dns; pmglex.premier.com

Final-Recipient: RFC822; mi...@premier.com
Action: failed
Status: 5.1.1
X-Supplementary-Info: pmglex.premier.com
X-Display-Name: Mike Walker

Now, we continue to get email from the outside world constantly. It's
only in this one instance, with email from this one company being relayed
to us, that we get these problems.
As the email addresses to which they are sending appear correct in the
NDR messages, I do NOT think it's an issue with this other company but
something on our side.
Is this an NDS or Exchange issue...or both?

...driving me nuts. Any help would be much appreciated!

I can't give you an answer based on the information provided. I would look
into what the "relay" does. Does it relay to a host that no longer exists,
or no longer works for the particular e-mail domain?
