How to use ADMT to migrate contacts

We are planning on moving from one forest to another and I can use ADMT to
migrate users, groups etc but
how do you move contacts using ADMT ?

Hi Dummy,

You cannot move the contacts by using the ADMT 3.0 because it is not provide
this function. If you want to move the contacts one forest to another forest
you should use Microsoft Identity integration feature pack...
