GAL update

Hello,

I removed one of two email address (SMTP type) from user at user's
properties (tab "e-mail addresses") but at the client in address book's
Global Address List there are stil remain removed address.
How can I update this?

sounds like the clients are running in "cached mode" and the OAL has not
been updated/downloaded...?

Yes, client is in "cache dmode".
How to update it? It is SBS 2003.

in Outlook, go to Tools, Send/Receive, and select "Download address book"...

Update is done without errors but in GAL I stil can see email address that I
removed from user.
