Hi Dan.

Can you ping your OWA site from the Internet by using either:

A. IP Address?
B. Site name?

Can you access the site using the IP address like this:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Lee.

Pinging isn't necessarily the best test, as incoming ICMP may be blocked.
Whoever is configuring the firewall most likely needs to reconfigure it to
allow OWA access.

You can check out http://www.swinc.com/resource/exch_faq_appxg.htm & the
Microsoft Troubleshooting Guide for OWA (I don't remember the Q number or
URL, but it's posted in here often).

Hi Dan.

I'd be very surprised if your firewall was blocking port 80 (and I don't
think OWA uses any other), but it's definitely worth checking. Have a look
at the logs if you have access.

Lee.
