Pretty basic question:
I have a small Exchange 2000 Server configured and
working. I have both Exchange and external addesses and
distribution lists configured.
When searching the GAL for names, people are not
recognized by their first names (or their first and last
names), but search works very well using a person's last
name only.
What changes do I need to make to have the GAL search work
for first names only, etc.
