Could anyone recommend an ISP that will host Exchange mail. Are there
any advantages of running Exchange mail through an ISP rather than
keeping the mail server on site?

Thanks,
/Allan

Try USinternetworking. http://www.usi.net. They're doing some really
innovative things in this area.

Thanks for the tip. USinternetworking unfortunately doesn't offer the
service for under a 300 user base. It put on the right track though
and I found a company that does. Critical Path http://www.cp.com.
