We have installed a new Exchange server (MSX02)last month. I moved all
of the users from the old server (MSX01) with the move mailbox utility
in Exchange. I turned off MSX01 yesterday now user B is unable to
access the inbox / calendar of user A. When I turn MSX01 back on all
is ok.

Now that User B has access to User A with MSX01 started, does that user
still have access if you stop MSX01 again? It is likely that not all
profiles had redirected to the new server. It is recommended that you leave
the server to be "decommissioned" running at least 3-4 weeks to be sure all
users are properly redirected to Public Folders, etc.

Also, please run through this article to make sure everything has been moved
off of MSX01 properly:
