Hello Newsgroup.

Is there an (easy) way to save the contents of a mailbox directly from
exchange administrator to a .pst (or other format) file or is it only
possible when logging on to the mailbox from a client ?

The reason for this question is that I have to move a number of mailboxes
from one server to another (not connected by network).

Kind regards

No. You'll have to use a client.

you can use exmerge.exe to export contents to a .pst file and then reimport
them.
